Terms and Conditions for Premium Link Placement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placement of premium links, including but not limited to Facebook event links and ticket purchase links, within the aibuddy.events platform (“Platform”). By submitting such a link, you agree to these Terms.

1. Premium Link Definition

A “Premium Link” refers to any external hyperlink added to an event listing that directs users to:

  • A Facebook event page

  • An online ticket purchase page

  • Any other third-party event promotion or ticketing platform

2. Verification Requirement for Ticket Links

  • Ticket links will only be displayed if the event has been verified by aibuddy.events.

  • Verification may require you to submit additional information, including but not limited to:

    • Proof of event ownership or authorization

    • Valid identification of the organizer

    • Official event documentation or promotional material

3. Premium Link Fee

  • A non-refundable fee of $2 USD per link applies to Premium Links.

  • Fees are payable at the time of submission.

  • Links will not be displayed until both payment and verification (if required) are completed.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any Premium Link content:

  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Does not conta in harmful, fraudulent, or misleading material

  • Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

5. Removal of Links

The Platform reserves the right to remove any Premium Link at its sole discretion if it:

  • Violates these Terms or applicable laws

  • Fails to pass verification

  • Is reported for inappropriate or harmful content

No refunds will be provided for removed links.

6. Payment Processing

All payments will be processed securely through Stripe. By paying the fee, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Premium Link service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
